Mieke started her career recruiting both creative as wel as technical profiles for one of Belgium's biggest digital agencies. From there she grew into her role as people & culture manager at icapps where she and her team are on a mission to build a coherent icapps-team.  Her core believe is that people matter and that empathy is a strong tool to success.
